The place is a small house perfect for relaxing days at the beach or cenotes just down the road. The beach and town are just short walks away and the area is very quiet. The house has great internet and netflix and a nice little outdoor area for relaxing.”

This place is amazing. First, the house is as shown in the photo. It's nice, quiet, quiet, clean in a perfect location to see all the sites around and fast Internet connection. Chan Chemuyil is a nice little neighborhood located right next to its own Mayan jungle (so do not be surprised if you see a little lizard in the garden). Just across the road from Chan Chemuyil you will find an amazing beach called Xcacel. . There you can dive, explore the water caves (cenotes) or visit the marine turtle sanctuary. And Fabian and Edu are incredible hosts; They were very helpful with any question I had and they responded super fast. They loaned us their pass to the private beach and they had a lot of beach clothes that we could use too. Thank you very much guys for your generous hospitality. Highly recommended, the location is unbeatable. You practically have the beach across the street. And the town is very close.

The house is located in a small town in neighboring Tulum and has an amazing and almost private beach just a short walk away. There is also a beautiful Cenote in the area where the beach is located. The house is nice and clean and peaceful, around it there is a forest so it is very particular. Thanks for the hosts and the great moment I had there
The house is very cozy, has everything you need to be comfortable, the main room is fresh, spacious and plenty of space to accommodate our things and the best, overlooking the beautiful garden with hammock, chairs and a small grill, that is a magical space in which you feel like in the jungle ... The subdivision is very calm and safe. It is located near a reserve called Xcacel with a beautiful beach and a spectacular cenote, we went every day ... And it is also close to the town Chemuyil where we could buy everything necessary to cook and eat at home. The host is excellent, he was very friendly and was always willing to help and guide us. Thank you very much I loved my stay, we will surely return.
