1. The Beaches of Cancun.

With the beautiful turquoise blue and white sand of the Caribbean Sea, all the beaches are photogenic in Cancun. Go to Playa Delfines to relax, Playa Tortugas or Playa Ballenas to do water sports or stay at Playa Las Perlas with all its amenities. In Cancun there is a beach for every taste.

2. Holbox.

Access to Isla Holbox is not easy, but it's worth it (How to get to Holbox). Holbox still retains that charm of looking like a small fishing village, but its tranquility, purity and beauty are already seen little in the Mexican Caribbean. Also, this is the house of the whale shark.

Playa del Carmen is the main destination of the Riviera Maya. If you want to escape an afternoon or a night, Playa is a good option, its Fifth Avenue is great to relax and go shopping, and the gastronomic offer is first class. 5. The King, archaeological site.

The King is a small Mayan archaeological site that goes unnoticed by most visitors. But if you are interested in the Mayan culture or you like pre-Hispanic history as much as I do, you enjoy walking among its buildings in peace. In addition, El Rey is located within the hotel zone, so it will not be difficult for you to get there.

10. Laguna Nichupte.

Between the hotel zone and the city of Cancun is the Nichupte Lagoon. This small oasis in the middle of the tourist developments is full of life: Mangroves, crocodiles, white turtles, leopard frogs, iguanas and a myriad of native flora and fauna are some of its attractions. The most common way to tour it is through organized tours. If you like adventure, here you can try the flyboard.
